This refund policy outlines your rights and the procedures to follow in the event you wish to return a product.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.
- Gift cards or any other promotional items.
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at supportcordlex@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, Cordlex will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving a damaged or defective item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at supportcordlex@gmail.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
